My understanding is that Endeavor's deal is that you're eligible to flow after 2 years, but just because you're eligible doesn't mean you get to skip everybody else in line. You have to wait until it's your hire date's turn to flow, which could be 7 years.

GoJet and Mesa as part of Aviate is a flow after flying as a PIC for them for 1600 hours. Hit that magic number and allegedly you auto-flow within 4 months. With everybody so desperate for captains I would imagine that you would get abused by crew scheduling and have a low QOL, but would fly a lot.

Between the three, I'd say the United flow is significantly more advantageous than the Delta one, but I would have reservations about GoJet surviving 1600 hours. As an outsider looking in, Mesa looks like the best deal to me.
