I know people that have flown for both, and I have heard that South is the better of the two. I used to work at ABQ about 5 years ago, and I never really heard anything bad about South. I believe there are some guys that have been there for several years and are happy. As far as Aero Charter, when I worked at ABQ they were the company I heard "sketchy" things about. That being said, I have heard that they have improved and one of my former roomates just left them to go to a regional, and he really didnt have anything bad to say about them. I just saw them post on climbto350 for a PHX base starting at 40-50k, weekdays only home every night. Of course I never worked personally for either one so take it for what its worth!
