Can you imagine an FFDO, FAM or LEO on a vacay with their family, firearm on the nightstand, unable to sleep and just sitting there, alert, surfing the net? I am sure the agents were carrying simunitions at best. So, OPFOR with live ammo and everyone else trying to figure out what the heck is going on while taking live rounds.
