If it were me, I'd just ask the operators to buy me some beers and have some laughs about it, but I'd insist that the FBI person who screwed up got disciplined. Getting the room wrong was on the FBI not SOCOM. What if the occupant of the room had been legally armed?
But many folks could actually be seriously upset, understandably.
I guess it would depend on how likely their intended target was to be disguised as an airline pilot on a layover. But on the surface it seems pretty neglect/reckless on their part to do what they did, even if they were not the ones who made the mistake on the wrong room.
