LOL those 100-150 planes per year turn into replacements (not growth) very easily if a multitude of different things happen that slow or stop hiring. They are already overstaffed for the flying they have right now.
I have the QOL right now that allows me to do whatever I want with my schedule and still make good money. UA/AA have never had our scheduling abilities. I don't expect that to change with a new contract.
If united is overstaffed now, wouldn’t that bode well for that fleet growth? Means they can take them easier.
