your right I was at the regionals during the down turn. And yes you still have the ability to move, just maybe not on the company dime. I never said they shouldn’t change anything, they need to improve the amount of short calls and FSBs and the FDOs on global but reserve doesn’t have to go senior like some of you are implying. I think the changes they made in the email were appropriate for improvements. Sure I’m probably in the minority though and that’s fine.
