Delta is a large % less unionized than we are, has a sweetheart deal in most of their hubs for landing fees, and grew domestic lift at the exact right moment to capitalize on one of the most profitable decades in aviation so far... some of that is management via smisek and the board being influenced by short term pump and dump hedge funds. They wanted to close iad and lax at one point. Delta is a just a shrewd competitor. You can't catch delta with ****ed off pilots. Town halls are propaganda fests for those that need to believe we are different. Core 4 just like jetblues 5 values, deltas 4 pillars, ... it's all malarkie
