Of course Delta pilots want you to succeed, due to the snap-up +1%. Whatever else happens, after the pattern bargaining Delta pilots achieved, hopefully there will be further pattern bargaining that re-raises the bar when you're all done. It will take a fight, and require unity. I don't know how it's possible to utilize every legal leverage point outside of mediation, though.
