Don’t assume that you will be able to sit LCR from home. No telling what reserve will be like in our next contract, but if things don’t change you need to understand that being transitioned to short call or FSB should be considered the norm, especially on the NB fleets.
Id absolutely sit SCR from AUS once off probation
I’d have everything packed and ready to go of course
