The amount of staffing has little effect on the grid due to our contractual constraints. All the bases are short staffed on the FO side. LAS FO is the most red because LAS gets the most XY trips, so more FOs drop their entire schedule to pick up premium. Again, it’s doable to drop even if you’re junior, you just have to work a little harder at frequently checking the grid.
