For a better quality of life? Especially as a commuter… absolutely… what’s the point of going to work miserable?

If I was going to be a commuter to both airlines, had less than 5 years on property and more than 10 years to go until I retired, I’d be gone to Delta based on the last NC update. You can make up for any lost wages by taking the upgrade at DAL at 400hrs and being junior in the left seat of a NB or right seat of a WB doesn’t suck nearly as much with 18hr long call no rolled days off and single flight requirements for commuting.
