But we all need to take a step back and realize "leaving somewhere under 2-5 yrs" ain't what it used to be. Leaving inside 2 yrs used to mean eating maybe 700-1200 numbers. It's frigging 5000-10000 numbers now, so just be careful because that's seniority you lose for good. In today's wave, I'd say you need to jump inside 6 months if you're going to.
But the QOL at the bottom of the list at Delta likely exceeds the QOL in the middle of the pack at UA.
