Crickets. That’s all we are hearing from either side regarding possibly getting new pay rates. Does ALPA care anymore? Does the company care anymore? Uh I’m guessing you’re not aware of the lack of need for FO’s right now. And a growing list of CFI’s at ATP mins not getting any calls from the airline. It’s simple supply and demand . AW likely has a full bin of CFI’s willing to work at current wages
