FY24 ends in 2025. No conspiracy.
It's currently Q4 of FY23 at FedEx. Which means FY24 starts in June, and ends in May of 2024. This would imply that the company does not plan on hiring until June of 2024. And tends to somewhat coincide with the training plan for the system bid, assuming that keeps on track.
