That was brought up by the union recently. The company is approaching the point of having no choice but to pursue RATP pilots. Nobody qualified and holding a full ATP is coming here without a good reason to when they can go to the usual suspects with the ink still wet on their certificates.
Can't blame people for not coming here. Less bases, ruined pairings, no profit sharing. Don't get me wrong, I think JB COULD compete for pilots, could be attractive, could create the circumstances where their own pilots became their greatest recruiting team, but they have certainly not done what it would take.
