I don’t know what the “average” experience looks like here. It’s always a very diverse group of pilots from all over the place. But it’s undeniable that many of the pilots being hired out of the regional airlines have 2,000 - 2,500 total flight time, 0 TPIC, and only a couple years of turbine flight experience. It isn’t even uncommon to be hired with those stats anymore.
