You got off OE at your regional eight months ago. You got off OE at ATI two months ago.

Slow down. You remind me of my dog at feeding time. Every time is the first time, and it's always an emergency.

Just a few months into your second job, and you've determined that you're at an awful company (that's been around a long time). Your first job was awful; you couldn't wait to get away. The world won't actually stop turning, if you don't make captain in a 747 tomorrow. You know that, right?

Given your extensive employment history, never having lasted a year and only on your second job, to which operator in your past can you compare your last two employers, to determine that they're "awful?" It certainly isn't a case of having had much better, so you have something against which to compare. This teenage-style angst will only harden your arteries and give you hypertension. You really don't have to have it all today. Or tomorrow. Relax. Breathe. Live. Stay in one place for more than a few months. This career is a journey. If you're hellbent on the destination, you may miss the best parts.
