Entitlement is ubiquitous in passenger aviation. EVERYONE feels like they are entitled to something. Just look at all the blogs who try to convince people how to get free perks. Everyone is just trying to leverage their cause to get the most perks. You could make an argument that even military members try to exploit their association for free perks if they can swing it.

I don't agree with her give me free seats thing but she certainly has a point that airlines have continually shrunk seats and legroom over the past 3 decades and sacrificed comfort and accommodation for some. I would support a minimum seat pitch standard.
