I have noticed the airlines always displays the various groups and people that get a month's recognition. I have seen displays celebrating Black History, LGBTQ, Asian heritage, and a few others.

I am an Italian-American (white) guy. I speak Italian fluently and was born in the US. I am wondering when you all think I can get my "month" or does that not happen? Will the only recognition/appreciation us pilots get is National Aviation Day? Thanks so much.
