My rigged comment was in reference to your pre-trial-loss-excuse ahead of the trial even starting. Sounds familiar, something about rigged elections comes to mind.

One could quite easily argue that the aggrieved party didn't trust the jury either. Their original damages request was $1.6 billion.
Presumably it was a straightforward civil damages case. The compensatory damages sought would've needed some paperwork to prove.
So the winner in this case was deprived a huge amount, but they took it because juries are a complete gamble. That's a problem.
