Southwest Quit Checklist
- Notify union first, ask for guidance. complete swapa exit interview
- Letter to Chief pilot, contact HR
- Redeem SWAG points
- Utilize Sick Time
- Convert Vacations to Floating Vacations and Cash out
- Sell ties, epaulets, jackets, wings and other SWA logo items
- Round up Telex headset/badge to redeem to company
- Reset/delete any personal info on iPad
What if you don’t complete the exit interview? Then you’re not allowed to quit? Btw, never say anything negative about the company if you do the interview, it might come back and bite you. Better off not doing it at all if you got some venting to do.
