Why? Because you can’t bid now what you could have bid last time?
Maybe after the monthly bid closes we should let somebody senior take your line because they didn’t realize how good that line was. Maybe that summer vacation you got, well somebody senior wants it now. Maybe your RF2 is senior to you, not only should he take the PIC spot he didn’t bid for but he also likes your catering better than what he ordered so he will take that too. Hey. It’s all about seniority.
