Your assessment is right assuming that there will not be another system bid for another 20 months. When the last bid came out in 21, we were told that it was for 2 years, and here we are 1.25 years in with another system bid. I'm assuming you are MEM based and not CGN based. if you were CGN based you could bid whatever your seniority would hold. However, since you will not be displaced from MEM 75, I am afraid you are stuck here till the next bid.
