I've been at FedEx just over a year on the 75. I tried bidding off the 75 on this previous bid but was denied. I am not to upset because I would rather be 50% on the 75 vs 100% on the 76/77, especially if we aren't hiring. My biggest question is if we don't hire for a year or longer during this restructuring could I be stuck on the 75 for 4-5 years? 1 year already+ 1-2 years for bid allowing me to actually move+ 1-2 years to go to training. Are all the upcoming bids going to be a crap shoot like this one with the closures and not hiring? I bid the 75 so I wouldn't have a seat lock...
