I'm not going to argue that the RJ is more fuel efficient than the Q400. It isn't.
You should be getting paid
more than us to fly a larger aircraft. I don't care what kind of engines it has, it's the revenue it produces.
You guys got the contract because Continental found cheaper pilots to fly larger, more fuel efficient airplanes. ExpressJet pilots wouldnt have taken that flying at the rates and work rules you guys ***** around with.
Should a NWA DC-9 crew make less because their aircraft is inefficient? What logic you have!
