When one of my friends looks at my schedule, I see there 6 digit number, name, the date time they looked, at it say "via Micrew", so to think that the company has no idea how you looked at your schedule, regardless of whether it updates the times on your monthly schedule, is foolish.
Yes, the PWA says schedule checks have to be done via icrew or VRU, but I'm willing to bet the company can 100% see that you looked at your schedule via Micrew. My guess on why its not an approved method is because we all know about the garbage transfer of data between DBMS and Micrew showing erroneous trips with the wrong equipment, or all legs as DH's, etc.
I'm sure someone can access the logs that you signed in but a pop-up on your iCrew is not a legal notification. Never has been UNLESS you acknowledge it. And the MiCrew team has said that checking your MiCrew after a reserve assignment isn't permitted and it isn't permitted because your schedule check isn't logged.
