Seniority is the rule even under the new system. There just isn’t any vacancies anymore. You can’t cry foul if you chose to pass up vacancies on three previous bids. There is no longer the mass vacancies. End of story.
Seniority has and will continue to be bypassed under our current contract. It’s ridiculous and is costing a lot of people $$$$$$$$$$
