Easy explanation. An FDA pilot has a time limit imposed by a foreign country that they temporarily resided in. Once the time is hit they must legally leave. No tears here! I’m just proving to you that seniority is being bypassed all the time. I do understand the contract however POP should have never been given up. At no time should a junior pilot be able to train before a senior guy without a penalty being paid.
