First, there are less than 650 pilots added that weren't able to bid on the last system bid. There are also vacancies in the 77FM as well as the 75FM seat that you can bid on if you choose.
Second, if you were hired in a WB since the last bid, you are seat locked, unless you could hold a captain seat. Are you saying that you should be able to hold a captain seat in less than 18 months?
So, you are at an airline that hiring has stopped and you are in the bottom 10% of the seniority list. What do you think should happen? What would be happening if you were in the same situation at Delta, United, American?
