I was on the United website this morning and the first officer position no longer lists the COVID vaccination as a job requirement. Is anyone seeing any movement with this?
I reached out to the RAP team last week and can confirm that United is working on Updating the policy:
“We are currently in the process of updating our RAP policy to make the COVID-19 vaccination preferred, but not required.”
No time frame given, but there is some light at the end of the tunnel….
