The 14-hour rule is gone now under the new contract. The 23. L.4 note was removed. The way I understand it, is that you can be rerouted as far out into the future as they choose now.
Per the Deferred Implementation MOU: "Current Section 23 L. 4. rules apply until 8/1/2023"
