Here you go. I think the accident was caused by “confirmation bias.” When I queried the captain, per the before landing checklist, whether the steering tiller was centered, he replied “Centered” I think the white tick mark wasn’t at the 12 o’clock position, but close……We veered off the runway to the right. I also think the under inflation of the left nose tire & chord showing was caused after we pivoted 90 degrees to the right temporarily sliding sideways on Scottsdale’s smooth river rocks laid out everywhere on the field, before the captain regained control
