I applied in January through airlineapps, got an interview schedule within a week. I interviewed in February for an FO position, got the CJO on the spot. Emailed them that my 1500 were complete in March and I have an ATP/CTP starting next week 5/24 and INDOC the week after that. They even wanted me to go sooner but I had a commitment to my current employer. All in all the AW team has been great they are quick to respond, and have been communicative the entire way. Are you at 1500 hours? I was at 1380 when I applied.
