They can reroute you into flying more than 14 hours out. It is however required that the segments are first placed into open time and run through the trip coverage ladder. After that they can go back to reroute and the rerouted pilots will get premium pay.
on the Golden Day intrusion crew tracking does not see that. You are required to notify them of the issue. They should of given you a reason at that point why there was no other option to cover the flying.
