File an FCR about that too. CS must be held accountable for making crap up on the fly. It’s unacceptable.
I also have serious doubts “a supervisor confirmed this”. A supervisor should absolutely know better. I suspect the CS’er lied to you about that, and an FCR is the ONLY way to ensure accountability. Please file one with as much detail and times so they can pull the tape.
