Our process is a joke. We should be able to fill out an Ace and get an answer within 2 days. It’s time to shut ACE down. It’s a colossal failure.
The ACE app shows the 6 months, because that's the oldest one in the queue. If I submit one today, for August 15, 2022, then it will show Aug 2022 as "Processing Reports through 15AUG22" because that's the oldest one in the database.

So there aren't 6 whole months of ACE reports. The ALPA people work hard and need lots of training before they become a ACE specialist. It's not just some guy they pull off the street that day.
