If IND is a long term priority I'd stay at SWA or go to DL and maybe try for FedEx when they hire again. IND 767 FOs simply don't work on reserve. (50ish hours a year max). Or go to DL and be a 717 captain in DTW.
Yeah with IND being my goal, plan was to originally leave SWA for DAL or FDX. But FDX stopped hiring and Delta called. United doesn’t seem like a bad option because of ORD, but I also don’t know much about the work rules at UAL just seems like ORD could be very doable at IND.
