It depends...if you are able to move to a junior base where you aren't abused on reserve (ergo, avoid FL) and are willing to just grind it out until something better comes along, then sure. People who can hold a line actually enjoy the job here (within reason, the actual job is fine, it's a few people in the back and most of the people above your paygrade that make things miserable. But for a young pilot, you are leaving WAY too much money on the table by thinking of staying here long term.
