My question is whether it's worth joining the Alaska Talent management system? It appears to be separate and distinct from the hiring website. Would the recruiting folks not just provide updates to the email address on the application?

if you go to talent management you will get offers to go to Horizon and flow to Alaska. Bad idea in my opinion.
why do you not meet hiring requirements? Time in past year? Lots of ways to work this. Do you know anyone that works for Alaska?
