Hello,

New to the site. I am leaving the mesa to head over to Republic here real soon I hope. Both my girlfriend and I are F/Os here but dont care to stick around till the end or put up with the crap anymore. So instead of writing up a storm here we are just going to move to someplace better.

Any way. What do you Republic pilots like about your company, what dont you like?

Is DCA a junior base. If so How much so. I have lived in the area for 15 years and would like to keep doing so if possible. What are my chances of getting DCA if they offer the job.

Any tips for the interview.
