Been at AS 20+ years… hasn’t been perfect but looking back it’s been a really good ride. I have an unbelievable schedule, fly great trips when I want, get any day I want off. I have friends at pretty much every carrier, you could argue pennies, I don’t think any of them have a better quality of life… any! Awesome. I'm truly glad for you and my ride here was just been intermittent light chop but EIL helped that for sure. You are a bit over the top with saying you can get any day off. Maybe SEA CA are staffed fine however FO's and other CA bases are below coverage. There have just been a handful of days all year that SEA FOs have been able to drop trips.
