Hi - We are looking to buy a home in the Fort Lauderdale area and move down there this summer, We plan to stay in the FLL area for a few years before we move back. Once we move out we want to make it a crashpad, what is the best area to do this, Dania Beach ? Close to the TRiRail or North of the airport ?
