I guess PBS is the current pile of crap that we have to step in on the path to a new contract with pay that isn’t pathetic. So likely several years before we see industry standard wages. I gotta hand it to the company. They really know how to drag their feet when it comes to negotiating with the pilots. It took like a decade or so to get the contract we currently have. As long as they’re able to convince people to continue working here, there’s zero incentive for them to pay us what other regional pilots are being paid.
