Received a FO CJO last week. Had a few questions regarding Envoy:
- What’s the estimated time on rsv? (Preferably out of MIA base)
- how many hours on average would you fly while on rsv per month?
- if not assigned MIA out of training how long would the wait be before transferring?
- whatever happened to the Signing bonus and Retention bonuses Envoy had only a few months ago?
- when is PBS implemented?
- is airport standby still active?
- is there any training delays while in training?

Once they put you on the payroll at Orientation, you may have up to 5 weeks waiting for Indoc depending on your class seniority, during which you will be expected to learn the assigned study guide. DECs are unlikely to have more than a 2 week break after that, FOs might have a 1-5 week break after Indoc while they prioritize getting captains on the line depending on the class. Envoy owns/leases their own sims and has a hundred well paid E175 IOE captains so no backups there. There are worse things than paid time off in training, I sure wish I had more.
