Someone needs to be a realist about the industry they’ve chosen to work in. Get over it. If you decide to work at AA, UA DL or anyone else…… Your **** will still stink!!!
That was the nice thing about a lot of spending years at the regional level; you learn there is no use trying to “fix” the issues, nobody higher up really cares what your opinion is, and you’re better off not stressing and just work the contract and that’s it.
Then once you get to a major/legacy and see things still have issues, you remember your training from the regionals, and that’s how you make it until 65 without taking medical leave for high blood pressure.
