DL got what looks to be a great deal, I'm sure the others will match it and meanwhile, all indications are that UPS isn't happy with our deal much less interested in giving us that level of improvement to paycheck or qol. Frankly, I don't know why anyone would wait around for brown or purple, it may never happen and leaving UAL or the widget for the other side of the airport is always a possibility later.
My impression is that if we made minimum wage the company would see us as an overpaid cost center. That said, I do think the company will pay market rate wages. The devil is generally in everything else. Work rules will be a struggle when the company can take any proposal we make, code it into a copy of the optimizer, run a few bid periods, and know exactly how they can circumvent it. They then come to the table and try to get something they want in exchange for a QOL “gain” they’ve already figured out how to destroy in execution.

In other words, I think the next negotiation will be tough. Tougher than previous rounds? Only time will tell.
