You’ve already missed the front hiring wave at UAL. AA is apparently gearing up for over 60 new hires per WEEK. At Delta we’re hiring 200 pilots a month until the end of the year? Maybe? Because last year we were suppose to slow down around this time, now we want over 18,000 pilots.

SWA is a great company but if you’ve been on property for less than a few years idk why you wouldn’t make the move. I’m surprised your attrition isn’t greater.
