You can probably count the 221 as No votes who aren’t brain dead. The 81 are dumb as a rock and are prob all day laborers at HQ who don’t ever touch a plane.
No excuse, either a yes or a no….. there is no reason for less than 100% participation. I’ve heard the excuses of “well the no votes were management pilots”…. Awesome…. You either stand with the improvements or against…. You can’t not participate and reap the benefits
