I’m sure Southwest is suffering with passenger loads to Hawaii without TVs too. UAL is taking all Hawaii traffic because passengers need TVs in their seat back because nobody has their own PED.
Personally I like seatback screens, phone's too small and I'd rather not eff with a tablet.
But I'm sure management knows what they're doing with regard to their particular customer base.
