They hire people from zero hours to 1450 hours into the cadet program. I've also seen people with zero hours get denied and people with 1450 hours get denied. The process isn't fast and took about 4 months. This is for the cadet program. Can't speak for the RTP or any other pathways.
I personally got hired at 200 TT, 8 multi, while working on CMEL. 1,000 R-ATP eligible.
